Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking an appointment with Grace Kariuki, Marriage & Family Therapist. We are dedicated to offering a supportive and flexible experience. Please review our policy below to understand our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment
- To confirm your appointment, please send payment to Mpesa Till Number 857349 – HARBOUR COUNSELLING. Once payment is received, your session time is reserved specifically for you.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for support.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
4. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that Grace Kariuki needs to cancel your session, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for the session.
5. Agreement to Policies and Procedures
- By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept our Policies and Procedures as outlined above.
